Movie note, again.

Just caught the trailer for Perfume. I do believe they've shifted the novel's emphasis slightly--more killing, less on Grenouille's life--but I can understand that. Movie site's here.

Saw the end of Deadwood. Still processing that. Not nearly as frustrated as I thought I might be. It's very much in line with the rest of the series--change really happens, it really does--and oh, dammit, I *wish* someone had gotten that nasty little sociopath.
