Oh, for the love--
Mar. 24th, 2011 12:53 amOkay. I love Criminal Minds, I do. It is fluffy and there is some great dialogue ("Hotch! He's a classic narcissist with a hero homicide complex and he's spiralling!") and I sort of deeply love Reid and Garcia.
However.
I am watching an episode set in Ontario.
They are saying things like "every cop in Ontario is headed here." Repeatedly, in fact, so it's not just bluffing the suspect.
There are (in 2009, which is when this ep was broadcast) 25,558 police officers in Ontario. Some of them would take fourteen hours of solid driving time to get there. And then there are the ones that are all the way across the province, instead of just halfway across the province. (Ontario being, you know, over half again the size of Texas.)
I am having a *really* hard time not giggling.
