green_dreamsDownside of the day: stress. Stress and upset and tension for about four or five hours (mercifully broken up). Discussion with manager went smoothly and was really not worth the stress. Discussion with property manager went politely--
--although it was mostly with maintenance and the contractor, because the property manager had to go deal with the police called for the tenant who was screaming and crying and banging on the walls about the voices in her head, all the different voices, she had to be going crazy, this kind of thing didn't happen, and there was this horrible English voice, and they wouldn't stop saying terrible things--
--uhm. Yes. I'm just realizing exactly how unusual that was.
Upside of the day: Three of the rooms are supposed to be done tomorrow, and I have accepted that figuring out why the landlord collective behaves as it does is not my problem. This makes it a lot easier to deal with some of the things that are my problem.
Bunch of small things, besides that. Retrimmed mohawk, got new Tria pen (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
harald387 is right, they are *so* pretty), retrieved engagement ring (sparkly!), took John out to Chinese buffet, and was introduced to the Guitar Hero videogame.
And tomorrow's Friday, and then there's a three-day weekend, thank you god.
