She was also in Aliens, playing a most excellent chaingun-wielding character named Vasquez.

...I don't actually think I've ever seen Aliens, though weirdly, that character sounds familiar. (I expect that if I *had* seen it, I'd remember the scene I keep haring about, with the aliens sneaking up on the little girl.)

I had a weak-in-the-knees crush on Michael Biehn for most of my teenage years, I think, und zo I watched Terminator and Aliens a lot. ;)

It's a great movie, even if you're not sweet on Mr. Biehn. Vasquez is a great character...actually, there are a lot of great personalities in that movie. I refused to watch anything with Paul Reiser in it for ye-e-ears afterward, because I loathed Burke, the character he played in Aliens, so thoroughly.

Near Dark is still my favourite vampire movie.

As someone else already said, she was also Vasquez from Aliens. I remember watching Near Dark for the first time several years ago and thinking, "Well shit, they're fucked. That's Vasquez."
